摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the anesthetic effect onset of primacaine and lidocaine in the treatment of pregnant women with acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth.Methods.Two hundreds pregnant patients with acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth were randomly divided into the study group and control group,100 cases in each group.The study group adopted primacaine before treatment,while the control group adopted lidocaine.The anesthetic effects were compared between the two groups.Resuits The anesthetic effect onset in the study group was faster than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).The two groups all reached a better analgesic effect,moreover the pain degree and fear degree had no statistical difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The anesthetic effect of primacaine and lidocaine in the treatment of pregnant women with acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth is favorable with high patient's satisfaction.关键词
