基于正交试验的软弱土质相似材料配比研究
Orthogonal test study on the mixture ratio of soft soil similar material

Abstract
Based on the orthogonal experiment design, five controlling factors including aggregate-blinder ratio, laundry detergent-plaster ratio, barite powder content, bentonite content and water contengt are chosen to perform the mixture ratio tests of soft soil similar material. In order to obtain the properties of similar materials of different mixture ratio such as density, cohesion and internal friction angle, five factors and five levels were set in the material mixture ratio of 25 groups tests. The extremum difference analysis is adopted to analyze the sensibilities of five factors to parameters of the similar material. It is shown that the properties of similar materials vary within a large range, which can satisfy the requirement of similarity for most model tests of soil material. The density is primarily controlled by the bentonite content, secondly by water content and laundry detergent-plaster ratio. The cohesion is significantly affected by the aggregate-blinder ratio, next by the bentonite content and water content. The internal friction angle is obviously affected by the bentonite content, water content and barite powder content. Meanwhile, The cohesion of similar materials increases with the bentonite content, and the internal friction angle decreases with the increase of the barite powder content, bentonite content and water content. These researches can provide a reference for the preparation of soil similar material in the other model tests.关键词
