城市快速路规划方案选择的价值工程方法
Decision-making method of urban expressway planning scheme based on value engineering
摘要
Abstract
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the existing methods which is fairly subjective and does not take into account the cost of the construction of the expressway, the decision-making method of urban expressway planning scheme based on value engineering is proposed. The method uses the improved road network efficiency measure index to measure the effectiveness of the expressway planning scheme, and uses the construction cost as the cost index of the scheme. After normalized treatment, the value coefficient of each scheme is calculated, then the recommended scheme is obtained. Application shows that, to determine the pros and cons of each scheme according to the quantitative value coefficient is not only more comprehensive, but also more distinguished compared with the qualitative analysis method and comprehensive evaluation method used in the planning practice.关键词
