摘要

Abstract

The watt-hour meter reliability prediction,as an important indicator of measuring the products of watt-hour meters,guarantees the safe and stable operation of the product,and has important significance for design scheme of quantitative evaluation of watt-hour meter.Combining with the GJB/Z 299C-2006 expecting manual and IEC 62059 standard,a reliability prediction system of watt-hour meter based on Cloud platform was designed through stress analysis of components.Both the failure rate of each component,each unit module and the whole watt-hour meter could be calculated quickly and accurately in accordance to the failure rate model of component on the platform.It Can greatly shorten the time of watt-hour meter reliability prediction and improve the reliability level of watt-hour meter.The platform provides personalized service so that the potential problems could be found during the designing phase,even to guide the design of watt-hour meter.
