Abstract
In order to study the core loss of transformers under DC bias,this paper takes a 500 kV main transformer in a nuclear power plant as an example,and a two-dimensional simulation model tbr core loss of transformer under DC bias is constructed based on a A-φ algorithm of the 2D finite element transient magnetic.In this simulation,with the DC bias current increasing from 0 A to 30 A,the distribution of core loss in different core routes of transformers can be obtained.The result of study shows,with the increase of the DC bias current,the excitation current can produce distortion and large even harmonics,which leads to the increase of the local core loss,and the change of the core loss distribution.Among them,the area connected the main yoke with the yoke are most affected by DC bias,and the horizontal routes are more affected than the vertical routes under DC bias.关键词
