摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the accuracy of the rotor position detection, a rotor position estimation method is designed based on the three-phase symmetrical switch hall sensor. Firstly, the principle error caused by hall position estimation method and the inherent error caused by hall installation are analyzed. Secondly, in view of the shortcomings of the direct calibration method and linear correction method, a hall sector initial position correction is proposed. Simulation and experimental results show that after using the error compensation algorithm, the three-phase symmetrical hall sensor can detect the rotor position with better location precision and high performance to price ratio. It can be applied to cost demanding applications of motor control.
