Application of Bosch UIR technology in resistance spot welding of high strength steel
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces the difficulties of resistance spot welding of high strength steel plates according to its physical characteristics,and the welding problem of high strength steel is solved by optimizing welding parameters.The theory of dynamic resistance detection,constant power compensation and solder joint quality monitoring system of Bosch UIR system are briefly introduced.The UIR system is used to collect and establish the standard dynamic resistance curve.The energy compensation of the spot welding process is carried out according to the standard dynamic curve,which can effectively compensate the energy loss caused by splashing of high strength steel spot welding and improve the quality of the solder joint.The monitoring system of UIR system could effectively guarantee the quality of solder joints and the stability of spot welding process,meet the mass production needs,and extend the electrode life.关键词
