摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the shortage of thermal management system of EV battery pack,an creative cooling mode of inserting aluminum foam into the Li-ion battery compartment was proposed.Thermal mode of EV Li-ion battery module was established,and feasibility and effectiveness were verified about using of aluminum foam.With the increasing of aluminum foam filling length,battery highest temperature dropped obviously,and the maximum temperature difference firstly increased and then decreased.And influence of the highest temperature was not obviously with the porosity,but the smaller the porosity,the smaller the maximum temperature difference,then between the battery the temperature was uniform.
