摘要

Abstract

With the increasing of enviromental pollution control and the expansion of the scope of energy use,high-polluting vehicles were strictly limited.So non-pollution,small noise electdc car was actively developed,and the battery was the heart of electric vehicles,so the battery monitoring was very important.This system based on STM32 ARM Cortex-M3 core,battery voltage,surface temperature,and impedance data acquisition with Sentinel electronic sensors were measured,then it was uploaded to the remote client via TCP/IP.The client received the data and analyzed,processed,storaged it.The system not only looked over for the users,but also charged the battery remotely and so on.After the test of 12 battery into three groups,the system only had 0.01 V voltage accuracy,0.01 mΩ impedance accuracy and 0.1 ℃ temperature accuracy.While the system also improved the battery life of electric vehicles,and compared with the normal batteries,it would circle for more six times.
