摘要

Abstract

10 Ah Li-ion power battery was prepared by LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 cathode material and MCMB anode material.Electrical performance (rate ability,cycle ability,charge retention ability) and safety performance were tested.The results show that the battery has good rate performance,the discharge capacity of 1 C and 2 C compared with the discharge capacity of 0.5 C are 97.49% and 93.70%,respectively.With the scope of 2.7 to 4.2 V voltage,the battery capacity after 400 cycles kept at a rate of 101.77% at 1 C.Full battery capacity remained at a rate of 97.06% after 28 days at the temperature.Through acupuncture,short circuit,over charge and the own drop testing,the results show that the battery has good safety performance.
