空心Fe2O3微球负极材料的制备及电化学性能研究
Preparation and electrochemical properties of hollow Fe2O3 microspheres for anode materials

Abstract
Hollow Fe2O3 microspheres were synthesized by a hydrothermal process with FeCl3·7H2O and urea as raw materials.The structure and morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM.The electrochemical performance was studied by galvanostatic charge-discharge test.The results show that the samples are hollow Fe2O3 microspheres,which are composed of nanosheets with the thickness of about 100 nm.The 3D hollow Fe2O3 microspheres synthesized at 200 ℃ exhibit the best electrochemical properties with a reversible discharge capacity of 955 mAh/g at a current density of 200 mA/g.These results indicate that the lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are with better cycling performance and rate capability.关键词
