摘要

Abstract

Based on the first law of thermodynamics and principle of drying statics,the theoretical research on preheat process,constant rate drying process and falling rate drying process of water solvent coating were expanded reference for the characteristics and requirements of drying technology of lithium battery film coating.The laws of energy utilization and the thermodynamic process characteristics of wet air in drying process were discussed.The calculating models for air flow rate in drying system were put forward by which the relationship between the air supply volume and the air supply temperature,drying pressure,the moisture content of film coating,the moving speed of film,the width of film,the thickness of coating and the relative humidity of air were described.Those studies provided the theory references for the implementing of drying technology and the energy saving and consumption reduction in actual production.
