摘要

Abstract

It was recently a hot topic that how the lithium ion battery perfonrmance responded under various temperatures.The performance express of Li-ion battery under lhe condition of low temperature was described,and the factors of the performance were summarized.At last some methods were given to improve the performance of Li-ion batteries.
