摘要
Abstract
Through the analysis of the failure and the macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, microstructure analysis, hardness test, SEM energy spectrum analysis and mechanical properties test method,the reason of the elbow bursting of final stage reheater tube used in an ultra supercritical boiler of a power plant was analyzed.The results show that the elbow bending process of the formation of residual stress, and due to the back arc collision pits resulted in stress concentrated, pipes in the furnace and the hydraulic pressure test of starting and stopping subjected to impact loading, the toughness of the material decreased and grain boundary weakening effect, in the region of the grain boundary will the preferential formation of the crack source, and along the grain boundaries of development, through the failure due to the pipe wall.关键词
