规模风电并网条件下火电机组深度调峰的多角度经济性分析
Multi-angle Economic Analysis on Deep Peak Regulation of Thermal Power Units with Large-scale Wind Power Integration

Abstract
The deep peak regulation of thermal power units increases the utilization of wind power,however,it also leads to high economic costs for the operation of thermal plants.Meanwhile,fossil energy consumption and pollutant emission are also increased.Therefore,multi-angle economic analysis on the deep peak regulation of thermal power units is necessary.Based on the operational status as well as the power consumption characteristics of thermal power units,the peak regulation process is classified into three stages.The energy cost models for peak regulation of thermal power units at different stages are developed.Then,the economic dispatch model of wind power connected power system is provided,and two mathematical models for the calculation of energy efficiency of power system operation are proposed from the social effect point of view,in which one model is based on coal consumption and another based on desirable output.Finally,take a typical ten-unit system as an example,based on three aspects of thermal power plants,wind power companies and society,quantitative analysis towards the economy of deep peak regulation scheduling scheme of thermal power units is performed.This research provides a reference for the development of policies related to the deep peak regulation of thermal power units.关键词
