摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the control performance of brushless DC motor(BLDCM),a sliding mode controller was designed based on a new phase detection method. The phase error of the rotor was used as the input of the sliding mode controller based on the exponential approach law. Meanwhile,a new method based on the state machine for the phase detection was proposed,which could effectively improve the real-time performance of the rotor phase detection. Simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID control system,the proposed control method owns the fast dynamic response and non-overshooting,meanwhile,the anti-interference ability is improved and it has good robustness for the changes of electrical resistance parameter. The experiment results validate the effectiveness of the control strategy.
