摘要
Abstract
The common-mode interference factors to IGBT driver caused by the Uce voltage jumping of IGBT in one inverter bridge was analyzed and tested. The main path included parasitic capacitance of IGBT driver and equivalent circuit of common-mode current was put forward for one phase arm. The equation of common-mode current through the IGBT driver was derived,which was influenced by the dUce/dt and parasitic capacitance of IGBT driver. The results coincide with theoretical analysis after the experimental test by using a lower parasitic capacitance IGBT driver. The common-mode current equivalent model and the experimental results have direct significance to the anti-interference and reliability design of high-power inverter IGBT driver.关键词
