摘要

Abstract

Electrical submersible pump(ESP)system driving by long cable is the way of oil production in offshore oil production platform used. Based on an offshore oil platform cable fire accident,the relevant model was established by using PSCAD software,in the long term-led by cable for cable,over-voltage mechanism and cable insulation fire causes were studied. Studies have shown that long cable-led by cable junction without filtering device will produce more than 2 times of over-voltage,THD voltage total harmonic distortion rate is more than 80%. Modulation method by three level inverter or SVPWM can reduce the long cable-led by cable junction overvoltage amplitude and THD. Designed a method with mounted low-pass filter in the long cable RLC,this method can effectively restrain the long cable-led by cable junction over-voltage amplitude and THD. Results of the study are to extend the life of the ESP system long cable provides the necessary technical support.
