摘要

Abstract

To reduce the high-power electric vehicle controller temperature,and to increase controller′s working efficiency,a water cooling system was designed. The water cooling system included water channel,water pump, cooling fin,fan,and the associated pipeline. In the high-power electric vehicle controller,lots of driving tubes were put on the face of the water channel,and the quantity of heat produced by the driving tubes was absorbed by the water inside the water channel. The water flowed in the water channel and the heat was carried to the cooling fin. The fans worked,and the heat was blown away out of the electric vehicle,so the driving tubes temperature was reduced. Temperature sensor DS18B20 checked the water temperature,and the CPU adjusted the MOS tubes opening size,so as to change the fan and water pump working speed. The tests indicate that the cooling system can restrain driving tube′s temperature availably,and increase the controller working efficiency effectively.
