Abstract
The development strategy is the soul and program of the oilfield development.In the light of the current problems such as the unclear connotation,incomplete contents etc.for the long-term oilfield developing strategy,on the basis of making clear of the connotation and research angle of the view,"The 12th Five-year" developing strategy of Daqing Oilfield was reviewed and summarized,and moreover through multi-angle comprehensive demonstration,the adjusted direction of "The 13th Five-year" oilfield production strategy was discussed,and furthermore with the help of SWOT strategy matrix model,the adjusted order and orientation of the development were identified for different production compositions,and then the strategic deployment schemes in the case of many conditions were prepared,thus the staff function has played for the decision-making of the leader level and tier.关键词
