摘要

Abstract

After injecting the superheated steam into the oil reservoir,the following phase change process occurs:from superheated steam transforming into wet steam and hot water,and the superheated zone,steam zone and hot water zone are generated in the heated area.Therefore,the traditional heated-radius calculating models on the basis of the common wet steam injection are not applicable any more.In order to accurately calculate the heated radius during the superheated steam injection,combining with the actual formed temperature distribution of the oil layers in the process of the superheated steam injection,and moreover with the help of the instantaneous energy conservation principle,a new heated radius calculating model was established for the superheated steam injection of the heavy oil reservoir.The results show that there is much better coincidence for the calculated results between the new model and CMG STARS numerical simulation,the maximum relative error is 7.4%,thus the correctness of this model is verified;although the increase of the steam superheat degree at the bottom of the well has no significant impact on enlarging the heated block,it can effectively expand the radius of superheated zone nearby the borehole.
