Abstract
Polyphenol compounds are an excellent natural antioxidant in tea and have been widely used in livestock feeding.The composition and the active ingredients of tea polyphenols,biological functions,mechanisms and its applications in poultry production were reviewed in this paper aimed at providing the reference for tea polyphenols' scientific applications in poultry production.关键词
