Inflammatory Mechanism of Resistin Induced Insulin Resistance in Obesity
摘要
Abstract
Resistin is regarded as being closely related with insulin resistance,but its mechanism is still unclear.Recent studies have indicated that resistin plays an important role in obesity-related subclinical inflammation,especially in insulin sensitive tissues,such as fat and liver.Obesity-induced chronic low-grade inflammation is one of the important factors leading to insulin resistance,and resistin promotes insulin resistance may partly through its inflammatory effects.To provide new ideas for further understanding the effects of resistin on the pathological mechanism of obesity-related diseases,the inflammatory mechanism of resistin-induced insulin resistance in cellular and molecular levels were reviewed in this article.关键词
