摘要

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of ammonification of rape straw on nutrient composition and rumen degradation characteristics in goats.Crashed rape straw was ammonified using 30% water and different percentages (10%,15% and 20%) of ammonium bicarbonate for 7,14 and 21 d,respectively.The samples of ammonified and un-ammonified rape straw (control) were collected to measure nutrient composition,and rumen degradation rates of dry matter (DM),crude protein (CP),neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) were also determined using nylon-bag technique.The results showed as follows:after ammonificafion,CP content in rape straw was increased,ether extract,NDF,ADF contents were decreased,and DM and ash contents remained unchanged.The effective degradability of DM and CP of ammonification groups were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05);the effective degradability of ADF in 15% and 20% ammonification groups was significantly higher than that of control group (P< 0.05).In conclusion,ammonfication with 15% and 20% ammonium bicarbonate can significantly increase the effective degradability of DM,CP and ADF of rape straw in goats,and 15% ammonium bicarbonate with 30% water supplement is the best and the most economical condition.
