Comprehensive judgment of calm anomaly under the background of quiet time of the fifth activity in North China

Abstract
Seismic quiescence is one widely recognized earthquake precursory phenomena with a clear physical meaning at home and abroad. The definition of the phenomenon, anomaly determination and prediction efficiency is raised at most active periods of seismic activity background curtain. In this paper, the background of earthquake preparation of North China are studied, and at the quiet time background, form a complete set of indicators with the eight months M 3 earthquake calm and 4 months ML 3 earthquake calm in Hebei area. The probability gain test shows that the index has certain precursor significance. Five times quiet phenomenon are analyzed and the principles were discussed.关键词
