Lithological Characteristics, Oil-bearing Property and Logging Identification of the Crystalline Basement of Liaohe Depression

Abstract
Objectives:The oil and gas resources are rich in the crystalline basement of the Liaohe Depression.Large oil and gas reservoirs have been found in basement buried hills of all the three major sags and central uplift of the Liaohe depression.we focus our study on rock types,mineral composition,oil-bearing property,reservoir genesis and its effect factors of the crystalline basement,Archean metamorphic rocks and the intrusions,in Liaohe Depression This research not only establishes foundation for exploration deployment,and estimation of oil reserves,but provides important reference for the similar crystalline basement reservoirs exploration.Methods:The system cores,rock debris,rotary sidewall,casting and conventional thin section inspection.large number of comparative analysis between rock physical characteristics and its logging curve characteristics.Results:The crystalline basement of Liaohe Depression contains 2 categories,14 subcategories and more than 30 types of rocks.Conclusions:The oil bearing property of rock is closely related to the rock type and the modification of tectonic deformation as well as the ancient weathering dissolution leaching effect.we construct the corresponding relations between lithology and the logging curve,implement the crystalline basement lithology logging identification.关键词
