摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigation the correlation between the frequency of drug use (defined daily doses,DDDs) of piperacillin tazobactam (TZP),ceftazidime (CAZ) and the resistance rates of Escherichia coli (E.coli),Klebsiella pneumoniae (Kpn) amd Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) in the hospital pediatric,so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods:The DDDs of TZP and CAZ and the resistance rates of E.coli,Kpn and PA to some of the commonly used antibiotics in pediatric from 2012 to 2015 were counted quarterly by the Excel2007 software, then their correlation were analyzed by the relevant analytic method of Pearson with SPSS19.0 software. Results:The resistance rates of E.coli to cefoxitin,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and cefuroxime were positively correlated with the DDDs of TZP (P<0.05).Also,the resistance rates of Kpn to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, cefuroxime, ceftriaxone and ampicillin/sulbactam,and the isolation rate of producing-ESBLs Kpn were positively correlated with the DDDs of TZP (P<0.05).No correlation between the DDDs of CAZ and the resistance rate of E.coli,Kpn and PA,also the producing ESBLs rate of those bacteria. Conclusion:As resistance rates of E.coli,Kpn and PA are relative to the DDDs of TZP,the use of TZP should be reasonably controlled.关键词
