Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in narcotic and psychotropic drugs management of our hospital clinical departments.Methods:PDCA circulation model was introduced in narcotic and psychotropic drugs management of clinical departments.Management quality was improved by analyzing problems,making improvement plan,supervising enforcement,inspection and rectification again.Results:The problems found in narcotic and psychotropic drugs management of clinical departments were reduced distinctly after the introduction of PDCA circulation model.Conclusion:PDCA circulation method can improve the management quality of narcotic and psychotropic drugs.It is worth to application.关键词
