摘要

Abstract

To distinguish Pterocarpus santalinus from Pterocarpus tinctoricus precisely, heartwood chips of P.santalinus and P.tinctor-icuswere extracted by differet solvents under different levels and durations of ultrasonic power before GC-MS spectrum detection. To-tal ion chromatograms showed that the optimal power and duration of ultrasonic were 160 W and 10 min, with CH2 Cl2 being the opti-mal extraction solvent. Correlation analysis proved that the GC-MS spectrums were not affected by storage time and sample source. Under the optimized experimental condition, P.santalinus and P.tinctoricus were successfully distinguished by GC-MS spectrum with slightest loss.
