水稻苗期耐盐性基因SST分子标记的筛选与应用
Screening and application of molecular marker for salt tolerance gene SST at rice seedling stage

Abstract
Molecular markers, INDEL1 and INDEL2, which are linked to salt tolerance gene SST of rice seedling, were designed. The specificity and reliability of 5 markers, including ID27093, ID27101, ID27118, INDEL1, and INDEL2, were analyzed through screening 67 rice varieties and a F2 population from a cross between mutant sst and a rice restorer line Huazhan for salt tolerance, and mutant sst was used as a salt tolerance control. The results showed that all markers except INDEL2 demonstrated low polymor-phism. INDEL2 turned out to be a co-dominant marker with high specificity, and it was able to distinguish from 85.07% of the tested parents and mutant sst with high screening accuracy. Therefore, marker INDEL2 could be directly used as a molecular marker in breeding for rice seedling salt tolerance gene SST.关键词
