摘要

Abstract

To investigate the feasibility of fermentating agricultural residues for biogas usage, chemical compositions of 6 kinds of agricultural residues, including Agrocybe cylindracea, Tremella fuciformis, Pleurotus eryngii, sugarcane bagasse, bamboo shoot head and mushroom head, and yield and efficacy of thermophilic fermentation at 55 ℃ were studied. The results showed that essential nutrients, including total sugar, crude protein and crude fat, were lower than lignocellulose for 5 kinds of residues except for mush-room head. Carbon and nitrogen ratio differed among species, with the lowest value being 7.3 from mushroom head and the highest value being 106.7 from sugarcane bagasse. Moreover, biogas accumulation and methane concentration varied greatly. The highest biogas production was from mushroom head at 485.1 mLg-1 for 15 d, with methane concentration being 53.5%.
