摘要

Abstract

A design method based on the extendable semantics analysis is proposed,which is aimed at some problems of the insufficient culture connotation study in the process of cultural and crea-tive product design.Firstly,the cultural factors that culture contained were analyzed and the im-age vocabulary which could represent cultural connotation was extracted,and then through the established extendable characterization model of the cultural elements,the relationship of cultural semantics and culture was quantified,cultural semantic design space was computed,cultural se-mantic preliminary evaluation was made,lexical semantics was converted to graphic semantics by using of the graphic thinking.On the basis of the evaluation model of correlation function and op-timal calculation,the convergence of graphical semantic sets was made,the optimal graphical se-mantic sets were selected,and the detailed design was made by using of graphic thinking again. Finally,the goal for cultural and creative product design was reached by integrating the cultural characteristics in the form of semantic symbol with the product modeling.Ye-lang culture was used as an instance to make the design,and the feasibility of this method was verified.
