Abstract
The traditional perspective and tools of urban planning hasn't been applicable for the planning problems of current urban stock space,such as the urban organic renewal tasks like the community transformations,pension business,commercial implants and so on,and these tasks become the major part in some urban planning.Based on the survey on the No.60,Damanong, Ziyang Street,Shangcheng District,Hangzhou,and from the perspective of ecological design, residents and other interest groups were organized to participate in the work of community's pro-gressive update.The citizens,enterprises,street-organizations'demands of development were collected through the methods of community planning and design simulation or other forms,then combined with the current situation of architectural environment,the three programs on a basic orientation of progressive update to update the No.60,Damanong,Ziyang Street was put for-ward,which were the plan of market adj ustment,the intervention of pension facilities and the implantation of hostels.The results turned out that each program,having its strengths and weaknesses,satisfied different demands of living and producing.A view is drew that ecological design are playing the more and more important role in urban planning,which provids a new per-spective of the organic renewal of urban stock space.关键词
