考虑储能的配电网预防重构策略
Preventive reconfiguration strategy of distribution network with energy storage

Abstract
Preventive reconfiguration can guarantee the distribution network operate with a certain of safe margin,while the frequent changes of network topology will decrease the stability of sys-tem and increase operating costs.Considering the charge-discharge characteristics of energy stor-age and the maximum power supply capability(PSC)of network,the minimum reconfiguration times during a day was taken as the first-level obj ective function and the maximum output capa-bility of energy storage system and the PSC index (PSCI)were considered as the second-level ob-j ective function.Then,a multi-level obj ective model of preventive reconfiguration was estab-lished.A strategy involving energy storage output and network reconfiguration was developed and a combining regulation method was proposed.When the PSCI was below the pre-defined warning value,it was prior to regulate with energy storage and the combining regulation was con-ducted when the former couldn't meet the requirement.The generalized reduced gradient algo-rithm and hybrid particle swarm algorithm were used to solve the target problem.Finally,com-parative calculation and analysis were conducted on IEEE-33 bus sample system.The simulation results showed the backup function of energy storage and the frequent changes of network topolo-gy could be avoided,and the model and the strategy were finally validated.The researching a-chievement has a certain significance for using preventive reconfiguration to improve the network operating safety and reliability.关键词
