600MW机组“超低排放”下新增湿式静电除尘器性能试验的关键问题
Key Problems in Performance Experiment on New Wet Electrostatic Precipitator Under Ultra-low Emission of 600 MW Unit
摘要
Abstract
This paper studies field performance experiment on major operational performance index of the new wet electrostatic precipitator (WESP) of 600 MW unit in one thermal power plant,which includes index of dust emission mass concentration and removal efficiency,PM10,and PM2.5 emission mass concentration and removal efficiency,liquid drop content,SO3 mass concentration,Hg concentration,body resistance,flue resistancc,system power consumption,and so on.Experimental results indicate that all performance index of WFSP can meet requirements for design and average dust emission mass concentration at the exit of WESP is 3.43 mg/m3 under the standard state which can satisfy requirement for environment protection.It proves feasibility of the method for field performance experiment on WESP.关键词
