摘要

Abstract

As a complicated multi-object problem,it is required to consider pollution emission at the same time of considering fuel cost for power system environment and economy dispatching.Therefore,this paper integrates differential algorithm into vertical and horizontal intersection algorithm to form a new differential vertical and horizontal intersection algorithm.By using an external archive set which is dynamically adjustable for capacity,current Pareto optimal solution is stored and individual optimal position is determined by using Pareto dominant strategy,and then global optimal position is ascertained according to crowding distance of particles.The differential vertical and horizontal intersection algorithm is respectively applied in simulation and calculation for environment,economy and multi-object dispatching problems of 40 units in four regions,and the dispatching scheme proves feasibility and effectiveness of this algorithm.Finally,comparison between the dispatching result of this algorithm and other algorithms verifies advantage of the differential vertical and horizontal intersection algorithm in solving multi-region and multi-object problems.
