Reactive Power Optimization for Power Distribution Network with Photovoltaic Generation System Considering Illumination Probability

Abstract
In allusion to characteristics of reactive power optimization for power distribution network with photovoltaic (PV ) generation system,this paper studies a reactive power optimization model for the power distribution network and relevant algorithm considering reactive power output of the PV generation system by combining reactive power regulating capability of the PV generation system and traditional reactive power regulating methods.Aiming at the characteristic of the PV generation system being affected by solar irradiance,it establishes an output probabilistic model for the system based onβ distribution of solar irradiance,works out its output and corresponding reactive power limit according to different scenes and takes minimum network loss and out-of-limit punishment of node voltage as objective functions.Meanwhile,it presents reactive power optimization algorithm based on immune shuffled frog-leaping (ISFLA) algorithm which introduces clonal selection algorithm (CSA) into the framework of SFLA so as to choose optimal solutions for cloning,mutating and selecting after frogs blending and overcome shortcoming of weak local searching ability of SFLA.Finally,it takes improved IEEE-33 node system for simulating analysis and verifies accuracy and validity of the model and algorithm.关键词
