Abstract
In allusion to one case of breakdown of capacitor elements inside the capacitor voltage transformer (CVT) in one 500 kV substation in Guangzhou,disassembling inspection was conducted on the faulted CVT,and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used for analyzing microscopic characteristics of materials.By theoretically analyzing relationship between breakdown numbers of capacitor elements and capacitance change rate and secondary voltage change rate,secondary voltage of 500 kV CVT was proposed to be increased by 1 V or reduced by 2.5 V for being taken as the warning threshold so as to promoting timeliness of prejudgement for CVT insulation state.关键词
