摘要

Abstract

In allusion to problems of distributed generation (DG) such as small capacity,having no rotational inertia and damping effect,which may produce great influence on stability of the power grid,this paper discusses virtual synchronous generator (VSG) technology.It firstly introduces basic concept and structure of VSG and then analyzes research status quo of VSG technologies and some kinds of VSG schemes at home and abroad.Finally,it states functions of VSG in micro-grid in two aspects of system frequency regulating and voltage regulating on the basis of analyzing structure of the micro-grid.Research indicates that this VSG technology can provide virtual inertia for DG through energy storage devices so as to make DG participate in frequency and voltage regulating and effectively solve the problem of stability caused for reason of massive DG accessing to the power grid.
