摘要

Abstract

This paper presents a kind of control algorithm for real-timely suppressing power fluctuation in wind power field for the hybrid energy storage system (HESS) based on slope limiter.By combining first-order low pass filter and slope limiter,and according to fluctuation frequency of wind power,this method can real-timely allocate charge/discharge power values of HESS and consequently develop characteristics of big density of capacitance power and high density of lithium battery,meanwhile,it can realize feedback control on self-adaptive energy storage level based on interval narrow and avoid over charge or over discharge of the energy storage battery.Example analysis shows that compared with other control algorithms,this algorithm only needs smaller capacity and is simple with small computational amount and fast calculating speed,which is convenient for engineering realization.
