基于风光互补微电网的复合储能控制策略
Control Strategy for Hybrid Energy Storage Based on Wind/Photovoltaic Complementary Micro-grid System

Abstract
In allusion to the problem of power fluctuation in wind/photovoltaic generation system grid-connection,this paper presents strategy for energy management and control on hybrid energy storage on the basis of considering requirements of restraining power fluctuation for energy storage performance by composing storage battery and super capacitor into hybrid energy storage system(HESS) for wind/photovoltaic complementary micro-grid system.In aspect of energy management,it is required to follow the principle of super capacitor priority and decide the working mode of hybrid energy storage by judging voltage size at the end of super capacitor.The super capacitor is used to restrain high-frequency part of fluctuated power in wind/photovoltaic generation grid-connection while the storage battery is to restrain low-frequency part so as to reduce charge and discharge times of the storage battery and extend its service life.In aspect of control strategy,bidirectional DC/ DC converter of the storage battery uses constant power control while that of the super capacitor uses constant busbar voltage control,which can ensure stability of DC bus voltage and realize bidirectional charge and discharge control for hybrid energy storage.Finally,a simulation model for wind/photovoltaic complementary micro-grid with hybrid energy storage was established by using PSCAD software.Simulation results indicate validity and correctness of the proposed strategy.关键词
