摘要
Abstract
The International Seismological Centre (ISC) funded by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) was set up in 1964.As a successor of international Seismological Summary (ISS), the center follows up Professor John Milne and Sir Harold Jeffreys' pioneering work.In order to improve scientific knowledge of earthquakes and the structure of the Earth, the ISC collaborates with other earthquake data centers and agencies worldwide to collect, collate and analyze seismic events.In this paper, the general information on ISC, its data source and data service are introduced.关键词
