Mechanism of site plan and guidance in low carbon industrial park planning
摘要
Abstract
Site plan can provide a more straight and specific guidance for the construction of low carbon industrial park.Based on three aspects-stratification,guiding elements and processes,the paper sought out the mechanism of site plan and summarized the factors for guide lines by combining the construction characteristics and the goal of enterprise development.Therefore,a full set of site plans guide lines from five districts can be drawn,including a modular general arrangement,a composite open design for road traffic organization,a classified design guidance as well as an intensive,efficient and energy saving pipeline layout.Thus a guidance for low carbon construction of different projects can be formed,and the basis for optimizing the site plan be provided.关键词
