转基因食品风险感知、态度及其影响因素——基于661名广西大学生的调查研究
Risk perception, attitudes and influence factors towards genetically modified food——A survey based on 661 students in Guangxi

Abstract
The college students will be the backbone of the future society,so this study attempts to investigate the perceived risk,attitude of college students towards Genetically Modified Food (GMF),especially the underlying factors,in order to provide supports for related policy making.We used a questionnaire survey and obtained 661 validate questionnaires.The statistical analysis showed that college students in Guangxi (1) had little undestanding about GMF,but generally showed open to GMF.Thus their attitude and consumption intention were positive.(2) They trusted the scientific community more than the government and the business,whereas the level of trust was not high enough.(3) They had perceived risk of GMF significantly influenced by dread,new risk and their severity of consequence,whereas perceived risk did not affect the attitudes and consuming intention toward GMF.(4) Their attitude and consuming intention were affected by the perceived benefits,trust,ethical judgment and other factors,while perceived benefits appeared to be the most.关键词
