Abstract
Objective:To observe the prevention effect of urinary retention which using biomimetic electrical stimulation technique after postoperative vaginal forceps.Method: After operation of vagina forceps delivery from July 2015 to May 2016,60 cases of dysuria were divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).The control group received regular treatment and nursing, while the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,began to receive biomimetic electrical stimulation technique 3 days before the removal of urinary catheter.Recovery of bladder functions was observed between two groups.Result: The incidence of urinary retention in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the clinical effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The use of biomimetic electrical stimulation technique can promote maternal urination after postoperative vaginal forceps, which has obvious effect in preventing urinary retention.关键词
