肾性贫血患者应用血液透析滤过与维持性血液透析治疗的效果对比研究

Abstract
Objective:The clinical effect of the treatment of hemodialysis filtration and maintenance hemodialysis for patients with renal anemia were compared and analyzed.Methods: 100 patients with renal anemia who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were included in this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups;40 cases in the observation group, and 60 cases in the control group.The patients in the observation group got the treatment with hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis filtration, and the periods were 6 months.These patients had 6 times hemodialysis, and 3 times hemodialysis filtration every month.Each treatment lasted for 4 hours.The patients in the control group got maintenance hemodialysis treatment for six months, 9 times a month, 4 hours per treatment.Results: The data of the two groups were analyzed and it was found that the levels of Bun, Cr, PTH and serum phosphate of the patients in the observation group had been declining (P<0.05), and were lower than those in the control group.The levels of Hb and hematocrit in the two groups increased, but they were higher in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis filtration for renal anemia is better than that of maintenance hemodialysis.关键词
