摘要

Abstract

Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanosheet arrays were synthesized by a two-step technique consisting of vapor deposition and ion-exchange, and used as the counter electrode in quantum dot-sensitized solar cells (QDSCs). The electrocatalytic activity and photovoltaic performance were investigated. The results indicate that the CZTS nanosheet arrays is composed of tetragonal phase structure. The QDSCs based on CZTS counter electrode exhibit an energy conversion of 0.80%, which is greater than that based on Pt 0.34%). The improved photovoltaic performance is attributed to the superior electrocatalytic activity of CZTS nanosheet arrays.
