摘要

Abstract

TiO2, Al2O3 and Au were used to modify the microstructured surfaces constructed by SiO2 microspheres, respectively. The protein adsorption capacity and cell response of the chemically modified surfaces were investigated. The results indicate that the protein adsorption is related to the chemical composition of the surface, the initial adhesion of the cells is closely related to the protein adsorption capacity, and the amount and orientation of protein adsorption both are considered as important factors affecting the cell proliferation.
