摘要

Abstract

The hollow periodic mesoporous organosilica sphere (HPMOS) with thioether-bridged and ethylene-bridged in framework was fabricated by a one-step method at room temperature with bis(trimethoxysilyl) ethane (BTSE) and bis [3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl] tetrasulfide (TESPT) as organosilica sources. The obtained HPMOS possess a well-defined spherical morphology, uniform particles of 75-135 nm, nano-sized hollow cavity of 10-25 nm and ordered mesoporous of 2.70 nm, great specific surface area (1465 m2/g) and pore volume (1.38 cm3/g). The multifunctional organic groups of─C─C─ and─S─S─ are distributed in the silica framework. This one-step method provides a strategy for synthesizing nanosized HPMOSs under normal conditions without any procedure to remove the core template, and is of potential for industrial production due to its simple process, short reaction time and low cost.
