Abstract
A new grating is designed and the transmission enhancement properties were analyzed by finite element method, in order to improve the transmission efficiency, a rectangular cavity is added to the optical grating.The influence of incident angle and cavity structure on enhanced transmission characteristic has been studied.关键词
